STREICHER Plzeň manufactures welded structures up to an unit weight of 50 t. An economic production can be guaranteed due to large production halls, numerous cranes and modern high-capacity machines. The company makes use of ferritic and austenitic materials. Having its own blasting and painting plant, STREICHER, spol. s r.o. Plzeň is able to execute all common surface treatments. STREICHER Plzeò is certified according to DIN 18 800-part 7 (welding certificate) with add-on to the processing of CrNi-steel, produces pressure vessels according to the certificate HP 0 and possesses the certificate ASME U+R-Stamp. Continuous investments in new technology and training are the best conditions for first-class workmanship. Besides the craftsmanship of the staff the CNC-technology is fully exhausted. Due to first-class machine tools it is possible to work with maximum efficiency, productivity and accuracy.

STREICHER, spol. s r.o. Plzeň carries out calculations of requested machine parts. In cooperation with STREICHER Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG in Deggendorf the calculations can be effected with the help of the “finite-elements-method” (FEM). The design engineering is based on high-capacity 2D- and 3D-CAD-CAM programmes.

STREICHER Plzeň offers complete machinery in various designs including planning, manufacture, assembly, finish and a test run. The company has the capacity of completely assembling all machinery which do only leave the plant in Štìnovice after an extensive quality check.
